When you use this website to submit orders, you agree to the following:
- Only use this website to make legally binding inquiries and orders.
- To not place any fictitious or fraudulent orders. If we reasonably believe an order of this nature has been placed, we are authorised to cancel it and notify the appropriate authorities.
- Provide us with your true and accurate email address, postal address, and/or other contact information. You also agree that if necessary, we may use your information to contact you about your order.
- You will not be able to place an order if you do not supply us with all of the necessary information.
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCT:
All orders are subject to product availability. In this vein, if there are problems with product supply or there are no more items in stock, we have the right to provide you with information about similar comparable products. We will refund any money you have paid if you do not want to order the substitute products.
REFUSAL TO PROCESS AN ORDER:
Although we will make every effort to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that cause us to refuse to process an order after the Order Confirmation has been delivered. At any time, we reserve the right to do so. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from this website, as well as any material or information on it, at any time.
We will not be liable to you or any third party if we remove or modify any goods, material, or content from our website, or if we do not process an order once the Order Confirmation has been sent.
DELIVERY:
In addition to claus above regarding product availability and extraordinary circumstances, we will make every effort to ship the order containing Product(s) by the delivery date specified in the Delivery confirmation, or, if no delivery date is specified, in the estimated time frame within 30 days of the Order confirmation date.
Nonetheless, there may be delays due to factors such as unanticipated situations or the delivery zone.
For the purposes of these Conditions, “delivery” or “delivery” means that you or a third person you specify obtains physical possession of the goods, as demonstrated by the signing of the receipt of the order at the delivery address you specify.
Extended Warranty Terms and Conditions
1. Coverage
This extended warranty covers manufacturing defects in your Alexandre Christie watch and they are as follows:
- Movement/Caliber Stoppage
- Hands/Dial Indices loose or coming off on their own
- Watch Does Not Keep Correct Time
- Time/Date Cannot be set
It does not cover:
- Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including leather strap wear, plating of steel belts, and physical damage.
- Accidental Damage: Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or abuse.
- Glass Break or Scratch: Damage to the glass, including breaks or scratch.
- Modifications: Any modifications made to the product that are not authorized by the manufacturer.
- Unauthorized Repairs: Repairs performed by anyone other than an authorized service center.
- Acts of God: Damage caused by natural disasters or other unforeseen events.
2. Benefits
Waived Service Fee: The service fee of Rs. 500 is waived for the duration of the warranty. This means you will receive free service for any manufacturing defects that occur during the warranty period.
3. Exclusions
In addition to the exclusions listed above, this warranty does not cover:
- Cosmetic Damage: Minor scratches, dents, or blemishes that do not affect the product’s functionality.
- Consumable Items: Straps, or other items that are considered consumable.
4. Logistics
Courier Charges: Customers are responsible for all shipping or courier charges associated with sending the product to and from the service center.
5. Proof of Purchase
To claim warranty service, you must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice.
6. Limitations of Liability
The manufacturer’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. The manufacturer is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of use, loss of profits, or property damage.
7. Warranty Transfer
The warranty is not transferable.
8. Modifications
The manufacturer reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time, provided that any changes will be communicated to the customer in a timely manner.
PRICE & PAYMENT:
While we make every attempt to guarantee that the prices displayed on the website are accurate, mistakes do happen. If we uncover an error in the pricing of any of the products you’ve ordered, we’ll let you know right away and give you the choice of confirming or cancelling your order at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be declared cancelled, and you will receive a full refund.
If the error in the pricing is evident and unambiguous, and you could have reasonably recognised it as an incorrect price, we are not obligated to deliver you with any product at the incorrect lower price (even if we have provided the Shipping Confirmation).
Prices on the website is inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Prices are subject to change at any time.
INVOICE:
When the products are delivered, you will receive an invoice along with them.
TAXES:
All purchases made through the website are subject to all relevant taxes, including but not limited to GST, duties, cesses, and other fees, as determined by the current rules and regulations.
CONFIRMATION AND CANCELLATION:
An order that has been cancelled cannot be reversed. The consumer will need to place a new order. It is not possible to cancel an order once it is in the processing stage.
If you need to make adjustments to your order before it is shipped, please contact us and we will see what we can do.
Once the order has been dispatched, no changes may be made.
REFUND:
After your order is returned and passes the quality check, a refund will be issued to original source of payment in 7 working days.
If proof of fraud, refund misuse, or other manipulative behaviour is discovered, Alexandre Christie India reserves the right to decline a refund request.
COPYRIGHTS:
The Platforms contain material, including text, graphics and sound, which is protected by copyright and/or other intellectual property rights. All copyright and other intellectual property rights in the website are either owned by us or have been licensed to us by the owner(s) of those rights so that it can be used as part of the Platforms. We retain copyright on all Information, including text, graphics and sound and all trademarks displayed on the Platforms are either owned by or licensed to us.
You may use and display the content on your personal computer only for your personal use subject to the grant of a limited, revocable, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to you by us when you register on any of the Platforms, only for identifying Products, carrying out purchases of Products and processing returns and refunds in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and for using and printing copies of the information on the Platforms for your personal use and store the files on your computer for personal use only and not for business purposes.
You may not: (a) copy (whether by printing off onto paper, storing on disk, downloading or in any other way), distribute (including distributing copies), download, display, perform, reproduce, distribute, modify, edit, alter, enhance, broadcast or tamper within any way or otherwise use any Content contained on the Platforms. These restrictions apply in relation to all or part of the Alexandre Christie available on the Platforms; (b) copy and distribute the Information on any other server, or modify or re-use text or graphics on this system or another system; (c) reproduce any part of the Platforms or sell or distribute the same for commercial gain nor shall it be modified or incorporated in any other work, publication or web site, whether in hard copy or electronic format, including postings to any other web site; (d) remove any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property notices contained in the original material from any material copied or printed off from the Platforms; or (e) link any other material to the Platforms, without our express written consent.
The license granted to you does not include a license for: (a) resale of Products or commercial use of the Platforms or Alexandre Christie, (b) any collection and use of product listings, description, or prices, (c) any use of the Platforms, the Services and/or of Product other than as contemplated in these Terms & Conditions, (d) any downloading or copying of login credentials of user, (e) any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools to extract (whether once or many times) any parts of the Platforms, and (f) creating and/ or publishing your own database that features parts of the Platforms.

TRADEMARKS:
All the trade names associated with us and all Products and logos denoted with TM are trademarks or registered trademarks of us or our affiliates. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not our product or service.
