Return & Refund Policy

  • You have 30 days from the date of order placed to return the products.
  • After your order is returned and passes the quality check, a refund will be issued to original source of payment in 7 working days.
  • We will arrange a reverse pickup for you. The pick-up attempt will be made twice. If the delivery service is unable to pick up the package. You must return the shipment to the company’s address provided in the contact us section.
  • Reverse Pick Up is contingent on the service being available in your area pin-code.
  • Please return your product(s) in the same condition as you received it (untempered and unused). It is mandatory for the product tag and labels to be intact for us to process the return and refund successfully.
  • The item must be in the original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We will not be able to generate a refund if the products are used or returned in a poor condition.
  • You can contact us about any issue using our contact information or by sending us an email at, and we will be happy to assist you. All questions will be answered between the hours of 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday. The next day, any outstanding queries will be addressed in a priority manner. Please note that we do not solve customer queries on WhatsApp.
  • If an order is cancelled before the order is dispatched, we will initiate the refund and the same will reflect in your bank account within 7-10 business days. An order cannot be cancelled once the dispatch is initiated. In such a case, you can return the products once you receive them.
  • Any products ordered on a pre-order or made to order basis are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • You have 30 days from the date of order placed to replace/exchange the product.
