Courier Charges: Customers are responsible for all shipping or courier charges associated with sending the product to and from the service center.
5. Proof of Purchase
To claim warranty service, you must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice.
6. Limitations of Liability
The manufacturer’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. The manufacturer is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of use, loss of profits, or property damage.
7. Warranty Transfer
The warranty is not transferable.
8. Modifications
The manufacturer reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time, provided that any changes will be communicated to the customer in a timely manner.
While we make every attempt to guarantee that the prices displayed on the website are accurate, mistakes do happen. If we uncover an error in the pricing of any of the products you’ve ordered, we’ll let you know right away and give you the choice of confirming or cancelling your order at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be declared cancelled, and you will receive a full refund.
If the error in the pricing is evident and unambiguous, and you could have reasonably recognised it as an incorrect price, we are not obligated to deliver you with any product at the incorrect lower price (even if we have provided the Shipping Confirmation).
